What are the differences between Pandō donuts and Mochidō donuts?

Besides the shape difference, Pandō donuts are soft and fluffy whereas Mochidō donuts are pleasantly chewy. Both are equally delicious – don’t make us pick favourites.

Are your donuts Gluten Free or Vegan?

Short answer – not yet. Long answer – we would like to provide these options for our customers in the future but we have not perfected the modified recipes yet. We want our GF and Vegan options to be just as delicious as our original recipe donuts. Once we’re happy with them, we’ll add them to our regular line-up.

How long do the donuts keep for?

While there is nothing quite as good as a freshly-made donut, your donuts will keep for two days when stored on your counter in the box they were delivered in. If you don’t think you’ll finish them within that time, they do freeze rather well (they just won’t look as pretty when they come out of the freezer). To defrost, simply take them out of the freezer and leave them on the counter to thaw for about an hour.

Deliveries


When will I get my delicious donuts?!

We deliver on Wednesdays and Saturdays. You can select a date from the checkout screen, or select a day in the distant future to treat yourself.

Is there a cut-off time for next day delivery orders?

Yes. If you are ordering for next-day delivery, you’ll need to place your order before 6 pm (on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery or on Friday for Saturday delivery).

Why can’t I select the delivery date I want?

If the Wednesday or Saturday that you wish to have your order delivered is greyed out, that means we are sold out for that day. We have a limit to how many orders we can fulfil and deliver to maintain the quality and deliciousness of our donuts.

Am I in the free delivery zone?

You can take a look at where we deliver on the image below. You can also use the “Check if delivery is available” tool on the cart page – make sure there are 6 items in your cart and then enter your address.

Why does the cart say “no delivery options were found”?

If you don’t have 6 or more items in your cart our system won’t show you the free delivery option. If you do have 6 or more items in your cart and still have no delivery options, you may not be in our delivery area – see the map above.

If there’s over 6 items in your cart and you are in the delivery area but still have no options, tell us via the contact page, or send us a message: support@pandonuts.com.

Are your deliveries contactless?

100%. Please indicate in the comments section of your order where the best place is for us to drop your donuts so that your neighbours won’t steal them.

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order is 6 donuts for delivery (within our delivery zone).

How does the dozen discount work?

Once you add a multiple of 12 donuts to your cart the discount will apply automatically (up to 5 dozen). Note that the discount will only show on the main cart and checkout pages, not the mini cart on the homepage.

What if I want a delivery on a day that isn’t a Wednesday or Saturday?

We usually ask for a minimum order of 4 dozen donuts for a special delivery date. Drop us an email through the contact page, or to hello@pandonuts.com to further discuss your needs.

Will you provide donuts for my wedding/birthday/bar mitzvah/staff party?

We would love to! Send us an email through the contact page, or to hello@pandonuts.com and outline what it is you’re looking for.
